You must create an account to access certain features of Roggy AI.

3Services
Roggy AI is a SaaS platform that allows you to:
- •Create AI chatbots
- •Customize chatbot behavior
- •Offer subscription access to your chatbots through Roggy AI
Subscription Plans:
- •$10 / month for 3 chatbots
- •$30 / month for 5 chatbots
- •$50 / month for 20 chatbots
All subscriptions are billed through Polar. Access and usage are subject to the limits of your chosen plan. Roggy AI handles payments, billing, and subscriptions on behalf of creators.
4Payments and Billing
- •Payments are processed securely via Polar.
- •All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- •You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.
- •Roggy AI manages the collection and distribution of any revenue generated through subscriptions.
5User Conduct
You agree not to:
- •Use Roggy AI for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- •Violate any laws or regulations
- •Share malicious, harmful, or offensive content
- •Interfere with the platform's operation or security
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6Intellectual Property
- •Roggy AI owns all rights to the platform, including software, designs, and content.
- •You retain ownership of the content you create with our platform (e.g., chatbots).
- •You grant Roggy AI a license to operate, display, and provide services related to your chatbots.
7Termination
- •You may delete your account at any time.
- •Roggy AI may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, inactivity, or other reasons.
8Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- •Roggy AI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
- •Roggy AI is not responsible for indirect damages, including anticipated revenue from subscriptions.
9Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of Roggy AI constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
